Total area = 1,125 sq ft × 2 floors = 2,250 sq ft
Per sq ft = grey (1,800–2,800) + finishing (1,500–2,500) = 3,300–5,300 PKR/sqft
Total = 2,250 × (3,300–5,300) × city factor 1 = PKR 74.25 lac – PKR 1.19 crore

How this calculator works
Covered area (area per floor × floors) is multiplied by a per-square-foot rate. The rate splits into a grey-structure band and a finishing band, and the finish level (basic, standard, premium) selects a rate range.
