Mahprotocol is Pakistan's verified marketplace for construction and architecture. It connects homeowners and developers with architects, builders, contractors and material suppliers — with identity and licence checks done by hand, real portfolios, and reviews that can only come from completed work. The idea is simple: building a house shouldn't depend on who you happen to know.
Post what you want built and where. Verified professionals in your city see it and send proposals, or you can invite specific people directly. You compare profiles, portfolios and reviews, then hire. From there you share a project workspace with milestones, a budget and photo updates, so both sides always see the same picture. Suppliers work the same way — browse materials, request a quote, and follow the order through to delivery.
Create a free account as a client, then choose a category — new construction, renovation, a small improvement, or a repair. You'll answer a few questions about that kind of work, add your city, budget in PKR, a timeline and a description, and you can pin the location on a map and attach photos or drawings. You can also invite trusted professionals directly instead of waiting for proposals.

Every professional submits identity and licence documents — CNIC for all, plus PEC or PCATP registration for engineers and architects. Our team reviews each one by hand before issuing a verified badge. There is no automatic approval and no public verification API involved, so a badge always means a real person was checked. Your documents are stored privately and are visible only to our verification admins.
In the current phase, projects are broken into milestones that both sides can track openly — but money is handled directly between the client and the professional, off-platform. Holding client funds is a regulated activity, so secure milestone-based escrow (via methods like JazzCash/EasyPaisa) will only launch in a later phase, after the required legal and State Bank of Pakistan compliance review. We won't move or hold your money before that's done.
Four kinds of members: clients/homeowners who want to build or renovate; architects and designers; builders and contractors; and material vendors. Homeowners can post projects right away. Professionals can create a profile immediately and start receiving work once their verification is approved.
Yes. Creating an account, posting a project, building a professional profile, receiving bids, listing a store, and every one of the calculators are free. Optional paid placement for professionals and vendors will come later; nothing you use today costs anything.
The materials marketplace is live. Browse verified suppliers and their listings, compare what they stock, and request a quote or send an enquiry — no account needed to look. From there a vendor raises an order, you confirm it, and both sides follow it through confirmed, shipped and delivered, with every change recorded. If you link the order to a project, its cost flows into that project's budget automatically. Payment itself happens directly between you and the vendor, outside Mahprotocol.
No. Nothing you pay passes through Mahprotocol. A vendor can mark an order as paid directly, which is a bookkeeping note meaning you settled with them yourself — in cash or by your own bank transfer. It is not payment processing, and there is no checkout, wallet or escrow anywhere on the platform today.
All eight construction calculators at /tools — area and unit conversion, bricks, mortar, concrete and RCC, steel, tiles, paint, and an overall project cost estimator. Each one shows its assumptions and its working, uses Pakistani defaults you can edit, and computes entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no sign-up. You can also browse the verified professional directory and the materials marketplace while logged out.
Client and professional share one project workspace. It holds milestones and tasks, a running budget with expenses and vendor purchases, a Bill of Quantities you can export, a timeline view, and an update feed — all live, so nobody has to ask for a status report. Both sides see the same thing.
Not yet. Public bodies and large institutions can already use the verified directory to find and vet firms, and there is a tenders preview you can look at. Bodies posting tenders and verified builders bidding on them is still to come — award and contracting happen through your own process, off-platform.
When something goes wrong, there's a structured place to raise it rather than losing the conversation in a WhatsApp thread. A client or professional can flag a project, attach evidence, and our team reviews it. Because reviews come only from real completed projects and work is milestone-tracked, there's a clear record to refer back to.
