Every professional submits identity and licence documents — CNIC for all, plus PEC or PCATP registration for engineers and architects. Our team reviews each one by hand before issuing a verified badge. There is no automatic approval and no public verification API involved, so a badge always means a real person was checked. Your documents are stored privately and are visible only to our verification admins.
In the current phase, projects are broken into milestones that both sides can track openly — but money is handled directly between the client and the professional, off-platform. Holding client funds is a regulated activity, so secure milestone-based escrow (via methods like JazzCash/EasyPaisa) will only launch in a later phase, after the required legal and State Bank of Pakistan compliance review. We won't move or hold your money before that's done.
Four kinds of members: clients/homeowners who want to build or renovate; architects and designers; builders and contractors; and material vendors. Homeowners can post projects right away. Professionals can create a profile immediately and start receiving work once their verification is approved.
Yes — creating an account, posting a project, building a professional profile, and receiving bids are all free. Optional paid features for professionals (and the vendor marketplace) will be introduced over time, but joining and using the core platform costs nothing.
The vendor marketplace is part of our next phase. The goal is simple: material suppliers are onboarded directly so you can compare quality and price and have the right materials brought to you — without trekking through scattered markets. We'll announce it here as soon as it's live.
When something goes wrong, there's a structured place to raise it rather than losing the conversation in a WhatsApp thread. A client or professional can flag a project, attach evidence, and our team reviews it. Because reviews come only from real completed projects and work is milestone-tracked, there's a clear record to refer back to.
